Classic Movies on the Bay

Shipyards Amphitheatre

A free, outdoor, film series featuring the greatest classic films of all time. August 5th Singin In The Rain

  • August 5th at dusk – Singin in The Rain
  • August 19th North by Northwest


In the event of rain, the films will be shown at the Simcoe Street Theatre, 65 Simcoe Street.

Collingwood Farmers Market

Every Saturday May 21st – October 10th, 8:30am-1:00pm at the corner of Second and Pine Streets, Collingwood.
The Collingwood market features produce vendors, local baked goods, crafts and artwork.

In addition to approximately 70 vendor stalls, special events will be held at the market such as: children’s activities, musicians and demonstrations.

Local Live Lunch

Each Wednesday between noon and 1:30 – live musical performances on the 95.1 PEAK FM Stage, located in the Sheffer Court outdoor plaza area (186 Hurontario Street, between 3rd and 4th). While taking in the sounds of local live music you can also purchase your lunch (cash only), on location; prepared by a different presenting restaurant each week.

Collingwood Free Walking Tour

Tours run Victoria Day to Labour day (rain or shine) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 1:30 pm

Meet at the (white marble) Federal building: 44 Hurontario Street, Collingwood, L9Y 2L6
Tours are in English, are accessible and last approximately 1.5- 2 hours and cover less than 2 km at a leisurely pace. For your comfort, please wear walking shoes and bring water.  Guides work on a tips only basis.

Art on the Street

The streets of downtown Collingwood come alive with this outdoor art exhibition. Over 50 area artists are
featured. Stroll through downtown to see their work and sit in one of the hand painted Muskoka chairs.
